as you may know, "Hardball," the msbl magazine, used to advertise HGH
recent research (wikipedia) indicates testosterone supplements can cause birth defects and it has been recommended that anyone using such should not be in contact with women of child bearing age
and guys, isn't that what we want--contact with women of child bearing age?
the COC, in my opinion, should include a pledge not to use banned substances
I have no idea if guys on allstar teams or in the hall of fame used such banned substances--you'd have to ask them
Great Theory Jim. I always thought that guys like Mike Girard, and Tom Maney were juiced. It's unfair to the other 50 somethings. The only problem enforcing the ban though, is at their age,how hard it is to get them to pee in a cup when asked.
I get confused about a lot of medication on whether to take them or not. On TV commercials for Viagra they tell you to call a doctor if you experience a hard on for 4 hours. I have woman who tell me don't call a doctor call them first. What do you think Jim B?????
There are all sorts of over the counter testosterone boosters, not to speak of the real thing prescribed by doctors--and it's all perfectly legit. Or is it?
I wonder about guys who are throwing harder at age 60 than they did at 55. But, then, maybe they're just inspired by the now officially clean Roger the Rocket and his miraculous late-career surge (thanks to the power of prayer, I guess).
"Is that a testosterone patch you're wearing, or are you just happy to see me?" (With apologies to Mae West.)

I'm glad that folks are taking this in the right way--it's just an idea--I don't see how it can be tested for--I just wanted to see what people thought
viagra is NOT a banned drug---I read football players were taking it and were laughed at
but just think about ARod's records--Bobby Bonds--the testing done now--and the homer totals that win in baseball now---
as long as naproxin (like Aleve), lisinoprill (for high blood pressure) and Irish whiskey are legal, nobody is shutting me down--so I'm not worried--
