I found this ad on Craigslist - I'm assuming it pertains to our league (I believe we have the only 35+ league in the Capital District) I didn't know we have become a professional organization - I guess we all need to get agents now:
If you are over the age of 35 and can play baseball, then there is place for you to play in the Capital region... If you are actually good, then I am willing to pay you for your services, at a negotiable rate depending on what I determine your talent level to be... Pitching is at a premium and if you can pitch, then we really have to talk about money, but good hitters and fielding are obviously very much appreciated as well... I'll be conducting either individual try-outs or as a group, depending on how many people answer this ad, IF anyone!!! Bahahaha... Anyways, this is serious business as I really want to win the Championship next year and need to find some talented ballplayers...
