In the 45 division Tuesday night put the Cougars and Cyclones together for the second time. The Cats attacked first scoring Joe Kosek off of Craig Moffre's double in the first inning. Mark Denicola and Frank Montagano were the pitchers of record for the Cougars. Cyclone's Veteran pitcher Ed Rogers went the full 7 innings allowing only 2 runs by the Cougars.The combination of Ed Rogers and Brian Quinn behind the plate, kept the Cats at bay until they scored 1 last run in the 7th. Final score Cyclones 9 Cougars 2 The Cyclone's bats woke from a long nap and pounded out 13 hits,and scored 9 runs. Dave Webber Led the team going 3-3, Dana Hansen ,Mark Mitchell & Harold Jenkins all went 2-3,Hansen with a double and a Triple, and it didn't stop there.Gino Rodriquez,Francisco Rosello, Frank Kerbein,Bob Weitz,and Coz DiBari all added hits for the Cyclones.Nice job fellows, you made my first managing job this year a snap.Cyclones face the Shaskys Sunday for their rubber match.
