someone, apparently a member of the hum'n'birds, left a black backpack sunday at the satellite field.
the pack had an orange h'birds jersey inside (number 58) but no identification.
i plan to watch part of the 55 cards-whiz playoff game on monday and i'll give the pack to jerry hawkins, a cards' player and also the h'birds manager. i expect he'll get it to its rightful owner.
or, alternately, he could hang on to it and see who shows up shirtless for the next h'birds game.
