On a hot but dry Sunday afternoon the BlueJays took revenge for an earlier loss to the Dodgers. John Weber pitched a solid 5 hitter and the Bluejays got some timely hitting from Artie Gianakos, Bob Noto, and Mike Aiello to drive in some runs as well as our leadoff hitter Lex Herlett led the way with two hits and a walk for a perfect day. Dodgers hung in tough throughout the game as the BlueJays could not take advantage of opportunities to take a comfortable lead. Both teams played solid defense for their pitchers.
