Going off memory here, so it's gonna be short and sweet. Reds got by the Sox 5-4. Joe Burns got the win, Jerry Solomon took the loss. Joe Burns had 2 hits for the Reds, with (5?) others pitching in w/RBI singles. Mark Lennox had a big 2 run double for the Sox in the top of the 7th to get it to 5-4, but Burns struck the final batter out to end it.
