I know it may be a bit early since the playoffs are still going on but with many of the 45+ teams done and the 35's done i figured i would throw this on the board.

I took over as interim manager late this year and have decided to stay on for next year.

Last year we took advantage of the unbalanced schedule and won all of the games we should have won and played well enough in the rest to end up with a 12-5 record and second place..... which placed us in the upper echelon of teams in this years unbalanced schedule.... and we lost the games we would be expected to lose and played poorly in the rest and ended up with a 3-13 record.

Bottom line is we are probably better than a 3-13 team and not as good as a 12-5 team if that makes sense ...

I would like to add a couple of guys to to fill a couple of holes for next year. We need a pitcher, shortstop and a couple of strong hitters. We have one definite add and a potential second already and i would love to talk to anyone else interested.

Anyone who knows me knows i am fairly reasonable and honor my word .... and have a decent handle on the game of baseball. Our entire team gets along well and despite being 3-13 there wasn't any complaining or bitching.
