The 45+ Marlins continued to play solid baseball trouncing the Triad 9 15-3. The Brighthouse Network stadium scoreboard was filled with crooked numbers. The Marlins only failed to score once in their eight at-bats

TJ Scoresone was the star of the day, only allowing three runs in the 6th inning. He completely shut down the Triad 9 the rest of the game. I don't have the book in front of me, but we had many hitting stars today. Wayne Newcombe joined the team today and played a solid second base, turning three double plays. The defense was stellar, committing only one error.

The Marlins play a team from St. Louis tomorrow 9:45am at the Devil Ray's complex.
