Orioles VS Highlanders
(Preview)
The Aging Orioles slipped by the Highlanders 12-1 last night at the CBA field. The Orioles used patience and some timely hitting to gain the victory, since the score was 3-1 after four innings. Two defensive gems were turned in by Arduini at first base, each time diving to field an apparent single and,...

38 Schedule
(Preview)
I feel compelled to comment about the recent announcement of the remaining schedule for the 38 division. As a member of the Pirates, I'm more than disappointed that we didn' get one SUNY game, why is that? We received, an unusually high, assignment at Bethleham. From my knowledge of playing there ove...

Orioles/Fordians
(Preview)
Cloudy and damp night but the Orioles and Fordians managed to play a game last night albeit a 6 inning one. Nice new field to play on in Waterford courtesy of Jim Dalton. The shape of the field and the way it drains was the main reason we were able to get this one in. Now on to the game.
Orioles ran their re...

Silver Marlins/Orioles

On the rare occasion when I feel like I am getting too old to play I always run into players who have played in the CDMSBL as long or longer than I have and my spirit is renewed.
Last night behind Mike Girard, Ralph Caputo and Skip Treece the Silver Marlins handed the Aging Orioles a 9-6 defeat. Mike pit...
