HOW COME THERE ISNT ANY FALL BALL THIS YEAR..I WISH I WAS STILL PLAYING AND WE COULD PLAY THRU SEPT AND OCT TIL HALLOWEEN. OUR SEASON IS SHORT IN NY COMPARED TO THE SOUTH N WEST COASTS AND PLAYING EXTRA 2 MONTHS WOULD HELP ALOT OF PLAYERS OUT IMO

Phil won this years' 45+ batting title by 77 points, with a .630 average. The feat is truly amazing on its own, but when you factor in that he didn't get even one infield single, it boggles the mind. Super job Mash! Stay hot through the playoffs, Buddy. The Golden Marlins will truly need it!

Looking at the standings, all teams in the 45's played the full slate of 16 games. Why is the eligibility for playoffs being reduced to 7 games, after the season?
